How do I find a filmmaking term?
Open Search, type a word or phrase, and select a result to read its definition and related terms.
How do I use “What Did They Say?”
Open voice search, grant microphone and speech recognition access when asked, and say a filmmaking question. FilmTerms searches the recognized phrase. Check iPhone Settings if microphone or speech access was declined.
How do I save a term?
Open a definition and use its Save action. Find saved terms in the Saved tab.
Where are the lessons and quizzes?
Open the Learn area to access the Filmmaking Guide, flashcards and Quick Quiz.
Why did voice search stop working?
Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions for FilmTerms. Restart the app. If the issue persists, contact support with your device model, iOS version and a description of the problem.
How do I request a refund?
For purchases made through Apple's App Store, use Apple's purchase support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
